If I could give this facility and and its managers 100 stars I certainly would because 5 stars just don't seem adequate. My family and I were moving from Tampa, Florida to Staunton, VA and new NOTHING about where to start, so we started looking online and found a few but the management at Store & Lock got our vote . They helped me over the phone every single step of the way., From helping me determine what size storage unit we would need, setting up our payment preference, to keeping in touch with us on our journey to Virginia with a UHAUL. When we finally arrived to the facility it was everything we envisioned by the description. Secure, clean and welcoming. I just can't say enough about their hospitality at Store & Lock Self Storage.
